Bid, negotiate, and maintain contracts
Contract handyman service for necessary repairs
Perform property inspections to determine and promptly respond to maintenance needs
BBMLLC currently manages over 400 units in the Twin Cities metro area consisting of apartments, condominiums, townhomes, and commercial property.
